Chart notes
CLUBHOUSE DRAMA saved ground setting the pace, opened a clear lead nearing the quarter pole and maintained a safe advantage. MAX'S MAXINE saved ground while being allowed to settle and finished well for second in a steady effort. VHAGAR was unhurried, rallied three-wide into the stretch then angled further out nearing the eighth pole and finished strongly. MOONLIGHT GREY was prominently placed racing two-wide but lacked a rally. HAPPY IS raced in the back of the field, rallied six-wide into the stretch and went evenly late. POP CHART prompted CLUBHOUSE DRAMA early while two-wide and weakened during the drive. PRANCING MATILDA was forwardly placed racing three-wide, came four-wide into the stretch and tired.
