Chart notes
HE'S JUST LUCKY broke forwardly, pressured the leader in the two path, took over from that one by late in the turn, shook clear when straightened for home, held the runner up comfortably safe in the run to the wire while kept to pressure. EL DINERO prompted the issue up front from the three path, chased the winner into the lane, lost contact with that one to an extent in upper stretch, could do little with that same rival in the run to the wire, clearly second best. LATE SEPTEMBER in the second flight while off the inside, continued three wide through the turn, rallied mildly to be closest to the top pair past the furlong marker, could do little with that duo to the wire, fully extended to hold the show. BRON AND BROW last to leave, continued race devoid of early foot, split foes three late in the turn, continued to show some mild interest to improve position, late bid for the show, outfinished for that position. FIESTY FIST bumped with MYGLORYBEE at the break, settled in the main body outside, four wide through the turn, lacked a closing kick while remaining well out in the strip. MYGLORYBEE raced back off the pace inside, continued to save ground through the turn, squeezed through a narrow opening to cut the corner into the stretch, lacked a closing kick. PETITFOR in mid pack while racing inside early, eased out a bit into the two path midway on the bend, fell back soon after. COUNTRY HIT flashed some early foot from along the inside to set the pace for a quarter, began a steady retreat in the far turn.
