Chart notes
MO LUTE tracked the clear leader up the backstretch, closed the gap on rival late on the far turn, hustled along two wide into the upper stretch, took command leaving the furlong marker and kept clear. SPENARD was forwardly placed around the first turn, stalked the clear leader up the backstretch, hustled along three wide into the upper stretch, ran on with good response and cleared second best. SPECIALSORTASTORM led the way around the first turn then drew off to a commanding lead, kept clear while beginning to tire late on the far turn, got collared past the furlong marker and weakened to show. MR. BUTCH raced three to four wide into the first turn, settled off the pace, swung four wide into upper stretch then shifted in to race two wide and sustained a steady bid. GATLINBURG raced off the early pace, hustled along two wide into the upper stretch, gained some ground then ran on evenly late. IRISH RANSOM trailed up the backstretch, saved ground around the far turn, tipped two wide for the drive and gained ground without threatening. BRAHMS IMAGE stumbled at the start and lost the rider, ran loose throughout the race and walked off. This race had a timing discrepancy or malfunction and was re-timed using video technology to arrive at the most accurate time.
