Chart notes
OLD FASHIONED GIRL settled into stride in behind the leaders tracking inside, came out for the drive, took aim, gained steadily and surged past late. VERY SAVVY was between foes and shuffled back slightly about the four- and one-half, shifted in on the turn bringing up the rear, rallied inside but was simply outfinished. GIZMO'S B F F was keen early moving to the front under a tight hold, was shadowed by an outside foe then pressured into the turn, dueled with that rival and was asked at the five-sixteenths, regained command in the stretch edging away, led late but was outfinished. APRIL DE VELP stalked then edged closer to apply pressured, bid at the five-sixteenths, dueled outside putting a short head in front, lacked the needed late kick. P. S. RISING STAR chased from between runners three wide into the turn racing off the pace, failed to rally. LAUGHING OUT LOUD chased from outside four to six wide, failed to menace. SLOANS SKY was coaxed forward showing very brief speed between, dropped back, faded.
