Chart notes
PICASSO BABY pressed the leader from between horses, fell back off that one entering the straight, rebid late, up in time while holding off the runner up. MUNCLE outrun early along the inside, angled out four wide for room entering the stretch, steadily gained while well out in the course, up late for the runner up spot while too late for the winner. LOUISIANA LUCA broke well, set a pressured pace closest to the inside, continued to hold the advantage into and through the final turn, gained a larger advantage when straightened, relented late in yielding to the top two. GIBSON prompted the issue up three wide while lightly in hand, had little left for the stretch run. ITS WILD AGAIN of a step slow, raced back and outside, four then was five wide when floated out by the winner turning for home, failed to muster a rally.
