Chart notes
CITY PANDA prompted the pace two wide, forged to command nearing the five sixteenths, quickly widened under coaxing past the quarter pole, remained unchallenged from there and held firm under a drive. WAR CODE drifted in soon after the break and bumped with a floated out inner foe, corrected and edged up wide into the first turn, lost ground four wide past the three eighths, picked up the chase into the far turn and kept on willingly to slowly bridge the gap. JOSE CAN'T SAY , sandwiched soon after the break, regrouped and raced three wide past the half, worked between runners around the final turn and kept on with effort. D HOPPER sped clear early, set the pace towards the inside, ceded to the winner after about a half mile, stayed on with willing pursuit into the stretch then weakened through the final sixteenth. OLLIE BOY was squeezed back at the break, lagged back, eased out for the drive and kept on with effort. HIPPITUS HOPPITUS saved ground and failed to menace. DOWNTOWN MAN , sluggish from the gate, had a wide trip and failed to threaten. LOCOMOTIVE drifted out at the break bumping and tightening a rival, corrected and chased three wide, failed to keep pace around the final turn and tired. MITBY was outrun.
