Chart notes
ADIOS BUCCANEER pressed the pace to midway on the turn, vied for the lead from midway on the far turn to upper stretch, took command in mid-stretch and held on late. UNCLE TRULY tracked the leaders from the inside saving ground, angled five wide to the clear and rallied well in the lane to just miss. PRINCE OF AYRSHIRE stalked the pace from four wide to the top of the lane, was carried out in upper stretch and rallied mildly through the lane. VENIK set a pressured pace to midway on the final turn, dueled to mid-stretch and weakened late. TEMPUS unhurried to be the at the back of the field for three-quarters, angled wide for the drive and closed with some interest in the stretch. WHY NOT ME rated in mid-pack to the head of the stretch and finished evenly lacking a closing response. NIGHT RIDE was not a factor. OUTSIDER raced five wide near the back of the field and lacked a bid when called upon on the far turn and faded to the rear.
