Chart notes
HONEY DUTCH quickly moved clear, set the pace from off the rail, drew away past the five-sixteenths, was in hand late and held safe. MAGINNESONTAP settled off the pace on then just off the rail early on the turn, split foes in upper stretch, ran on but was no match for the winner. QUARRY was close between foes early then eased back off the second flight tucking in a bit settling three to four wide stalking off the leaders, kept on in the lane to get up for show honors. FINAL WAR was caught outside four to six wide, advanced into second late on the turn, lacked the needed late kick and was outfinished for show. VITRUVIAN MAN tucked in settling well back, saved ground early on the turn, tipped out three deep late on that bend then a bit wider coming into upper stretch, gained late. UNDERAPPRECIATED settled off the pace removed from the inside two three wide moving out four wider, advanced mildly in upper stretch, evened out late. JORGE'S ACE tucked in behind runners three wide heading into the turn, shifted to the rail soon after on that bend saving ground into upper stretch, was one-paced and made no bid. SENOR VALENTINE was caught wide racing four to six deep through the turn, failed to menace. TIMS broke inwardly, chased two to three wide, faltered and faded. KINGOFSOMEWHEREHOT broke a step slowly, lost the path, and was a bit slow to gather to start the race, ran on under urging in the stretch albeit a bit greenly drifting about, was not persevered with the final sixteenth but showed mild late interest. AMERICAN BEAR chased four to five wide, retreated. MASTER CHIEF MIKE was forced in at the start, chased inside on or just off the rail, faded.
