Chart notes
BIG CUDDLE trailed in the four path early, ranged up passing the quarter, rallied outside of foes from the five path down the stretch, took the lead before the sixteenth, and drew clear. SIR GEORGE chased under a ride between foes in the three path, ran on down the stretch, but was second best. SIOUX EMPIRE raced off the pace in the two path, was ridden along the inside around the turn, flattened down the lane, but edged out show. BOOTLEG RUNNER broke well to set a clear pace in the three path, was cued passing the quarter, but yielded on the left lead passing the eighth pole. MICKEYMAC rated inside but made no closing bid. BOOGAARD tracked inside, weakened around the turn, appeared to sustain an injury and fell around the quarter, then was transported off the track in an equine ambulance.
