Chart notes
ON THE LEVEL stalked in the five path, bid in the four path midway around the far turn, took command passing the quarter, and drew clear in the final furlong. SPRING DECISION pressed in the four path, was coaxed along in the three path around the turn, lost ground while angling out to the six path at the top of the lane, and ran on the get up for place. DON'T GHOST ME tracked in the two path, bid under a drive from the rail around the turn, but finished evenly. GOLDEN DESCENT set the pace in the three path, lost the lead while between foes in the two path midway around the turn, then faded in the stretch. READY AND ABLE had an awkward start, trailed in the two path and made no closing bid. THE TRANSITIONER chased in the six path, was driven in the three path around the turn, but did not threaten.
