Chart notes
GRACE THE LAW prominent early, was shuffled into the turn, shifted out and bid three wide at the quarter marker, responded well through the lane, surged in the final sixteenth and bested the game runner-up. BACK TO GRIDLOCK dueled along the inside to begin, dug in through the stretch, was outfinished in the final strides and was a clear second. STUBOLD dueled for early pace duties while outside of BACK TO GRIDLOCK, yielded to the top pair in the stretch and was clear for third. IL SUO ORO squeezed a bit at the start and away a step slowly, chased two wide to the stretch, could not find the needed late response and flattened out in the final sixteenth. NEBLINA tracked the pace four to five wide, weakened in the stretch drive. GOSHAKI GOSHAKI chased three to four wide to the quarter marker, could not keep pace to mid-stretch and tired in the final furlong. ON THE NILE settled early, was coaxed along two wide then from the inside and did not offer a late response.
