Chart notes
NORMA NO broke sharply and stalked the pacesetter from along the rail entering the backstretch, launched her bid from along the rail entering the final turn, and closed determinedly two wide in the drive to get up and prove best. VALERIE VALESKI away alertly and raced to the lead from along the rail entering the first turn, held a clear advantage in the run down the backside and through the final turn, but was unable to fend off NORMA NO late while proving clearly second best. STRIKING VALUE settled off the early pace while racing two wide into the backstretch, commenced her bid three wide entering the final turn, and closed two wide in the drive to garner a share. ALOBRAH away well and stalked the pacesetter into the backstretch while racing one out from the rail, rallied two wide from between rivals through the final turn, but had little left for the drive. B C CHRISTIE settled at the back of the pack while racing three wide into the backside, was always well back and showed little.
