Chart notes
MO MISSILE sprinted to the early lead, saved ground around the turn and dug in stubbornly. GOLDEN SAND, a bit rank at the break then in close soon after, raced four wide on the turn, remained on his left lead and rallied. IN HONOR OF JEFF chased the winner, eased outside in upper stretch and flattened out. NO MORE CALLS chased the pace between horses and failed to rally. MY BOY BUD , outside horses on the turn, weakened. THE BIG BEN stumbled leaving the starting gate, stayed near the inner rail on the turn and was not a factor. SUGAR ON FIRE briefly chased the pace outside horses. DUCK DUCK GOOSE stayed along the inner rail on the turn while outrun. RED SPITFIRE , pinched back leaving the starting gate, steadied in traffic entering the turn. STORMY BREW was outrun.
