DISTANT FLEET rushed up from between rivals to taken command early, sprinted clear while three or four wide around the turn, shifted inward in upper stretch and proved much best while ridden out. LOBDELL LAKE broke in and bumped rival, quickly recovered and led others in pursuit of winner from off the rail, exited the turn five wide and determinedly held second. STANDARD OF PROOF chased from well off the rail, was four wide into the bend then six wide entering the stretch, came out further in upper stretch, rallied from far outside in the drive and got up late for third. HOT GOBLIN angled in early, chased from off the rail, remained two or three wide around the turn, left the bend four wide and produced a mild late rally. ST BOADIN chased from the inside, remained on two path into and through the stretch while never threatening. ONE BIG SMILE forwardly placed early from off the fence, chased three wide then between rivals, came out further exiting the turn and weakened bit in the drive. BOBBED N LURED showed good early foot from along the rail, continued inside around the bend, tipped out in upper stretch and was no late threat. EASY BREEZY bumped leaving the gate, raced well off the rail early, remained four or five wide around the turn, came out further in upper stretch and also weakened. QUEBRANCHO broke a bit awkwardly and slow, trailed early while well off the rail, shifted inward leaving the backstretch and failed to make anylate impact. RIOLO was widest down the backstretch, caught four wide on the turn then six wide into the stretch and weakened from between rivals. WESTPORT CAPTAIN bumped at the start, reserved early, raced three wide into the bend, four wide around the turn and five wide into the lane while no threat. FORMIDABLE THREAT also bumped leaving the gate, chased bit off the fence, dropped back around the turn and faded.
