Chart notes
STOLEN TREASURE settled outside about mid-pack five wide into and around the turn, moved out eight wide for the drive, rallied under strong handling from the far outside, reeled in rivals, surged to the front with about 60 yards left and surged clear in well-timed trip. DEVIL BE ME was brushed by an outside foe then bumped with inside rivals at the start, stalked in between foes in the second group about three wide on the turn, angled out in upper stretch, loomed past the furlong marker and took a short and brief lead inside eighth marker, but could not contain the winner late. SILVER I AM was squeezed back at the start, settled into stride off the inside, moved out turning for home, forced to weave in and out while in traffic in the lane seeking room and was gaining late. PIPER'S CAUSEWAY dueled inside a foe but off the fence, took the lead then edged away in upper stretch but was collared past the eighth marker and held gamely for third. YO TIME lacked early speed, was guided inward and secured the inside near half-mile pole, passed tired rivals. SO I'M TOLD chased from outside mostly four to five wide into and on the turn, entered the stretch seven wide and failed to rally. GRAZEN SUN showed brief foot from along the rail, dropped back around the turn and faded. JACK FISH was fractious in the parade tossing the rider, proved a bit hard to load, bumped with a rival at the start, dueled three deep then outside rival on the turn, lost contact three-sixteenths from home then gave way readily, was later eased in the lane and walked off.
