Chart notes
BEST DRESSED MAN broke very sharp, took control of the tempo leaving the first turn, in hand unchallenged around the far turn, held a safe margin driving through the wire. MY LAST ESCAPADE stalked the pace in hand two wide down the backside, bid between runners around the second bend, off the rail through the lane, finished willingly for the pace award. CRUZIN N CURSIN saved ground around both turns, clean rail journey through the lane, chased on evenly through the final sixteenth. BLACK RUSSIAN raced off the pace three wide into the far turn, lost ground leaving the three eights marker, came up empty. STORM BACK trailer down the back stretch, four wide through the lane, never threatened. SAN ANTON (IRE) raced mid pack four wide into the far turn, under urging three deep through the lane, weakened to the wire.
