Chart notes
CHECKITUP set pace off the inside, headed at the quarter pole, fought back and edged ahead in a long drive. DARVESH prompted the pace, led narrowly at the quarter pole then was outdueled in the stretch. MENDELSFLY steadied in tight early, moved easily to contention then went evenly. HEY RIVER advanced inside before half mile then faded in the stretch. DOS DE OROS three wide early, angled closer to the inside and lacked a bid. MODERN ERA lagged far behind then passed stopping rivals. CAUTELOSO lacked speed and was never in contention. MARINE PATROL saved ground and was finished before half a mile.
