Chart notes
GHOST OF LONDYN stalked the pace three wide, rallied to make the lead in upper stretch and shook clear late under right handed urging. VECCHI allowed to settle, swung out to the middle of the racetrack for the drive, rallied determinedly and finished second best. NATIONAL STORY stalked the pace four wide and went evenly. DRILL'S BOY made the lead soon after the start, set the pace along the inside into the stretch then was outfinished. VERNON'S BEST failed to menace. JIM'S RIVER RUNNER was no factor. REDDEN pressed the pace two wide into the stretch and weakened late. WHY KENNY WHY trailed.
