MINT TEA In hand early, four wide after a half to the lane, responded and rallied to take the lead late and was going away. CANDY IS DANDY Tracked along the three path, challenged on the last turn, dueled some, kicked clear and then drifted out late taking away the path of BOURBON BLANKET and held that one safe for the place. BOURBON BLANKET Close up along the two path, took the rail into the lane, eased out, bid, checked late when CANDY IS DANDY drifted out some. SECRET FIRE Well placed along the rail, stayed inside to midway on the last turn, three path into the lane and tired. CREWS IN TO WIN Set the pace along the two path, was hooked, chased and gave way. SECORD Unhurried along the three path, four wide on the last turn and tired. A Stewards inquiry was posted concerning the stretch run, also a claim of foul was lodged by the rider of BOURBON BLANKET against CANDY IS DANDY for interference in deep stretch, resulted in the disqualification of CANDY IS DANDY from second to third.
