Chart notes
PARAMETRIC was away alertly and soon clear and moved to the inside to set the pace, was given mild pressure leaving the half mile marker but shook clear by the five sixteenths and drew off smartly in the drive to prove much the best under mild hand urging in a sharp score. RESEARCH TRIANGLE prompted the early pace two wide and then chased the winner but proved to be no match for that rival while clearly second best. PUNCH AND JUDY was settled along the inside and saved ground on the turn and was no match for the top two wide besting the rest. AMBESSA was reserved early, two path to the inside on the turn and then improved late. TIK OR TAK chased the pace three wide and weakened. FORTUNATE MISSION was settled early and moved out to the outside and was four wide on the turn and never threatened.
