Chart notes
BERNIN HOT set the pace along the inside while feeling pressure from an outer rival down the backstretch, vied with that bidder around the far turn, dueled neck and neck through the final furlong and gamely clung to an advantage. RESILIENCE pressed two wide and outside of the eventual winner, bid and vied around the far turn, dueled in upper stretch, drifted out subtly while maintaining level terms at the furlong grounds, battled on through the final furlong but hung and missed between horses. SIR GREYLIND laid off of the pace along the inside, shifted out to the four path to advance between horses entering the lane, rallied to close in outside of the embattled leading pair in the closing stages but ran out of ground to reel them in. STOWAWAY tracked along the inside, chased around the far turn and stayed on one paced. DUKE OF DUVAL pursued from midpack two wide, chased around the far turn the gave way in the three path and between horses entering the lane. MONEY SUPPLY raced at the rear two wide, then in the three path around the far turn, floated to the five path into the lane and failed to factor.
