Chart notes
T REX checked early nearing the first turn, reserved early towards the inside, two to four wide on the far turn while advancing, came five wide off the bend and angled out widest in the lane and closed full of run to edge clear late to prove best under a drive. SACHMO was allowed to settle early, advanced three wide on the far turn and tipped out five wide leaving the turn to make a bid and take over leaving the furlong marker and was clear by the sixteenth marker but was caught late and had to settle for second best. DECLARATION TIME was rated along the inside, waited for racing room leaving the quarter pole, got thru leaving the furlong marker but needed more while gaining the show award. WHISKEYMAC pressed the early pace and then went up to vie for command two wide on the backside, then was in between rivals by the quarter pole and fought on to the furlong marker but faded late losing the show award. BARLEEWON tracked the early pace two wide and made a three wide bid to vie for command by the quarter pole and came four wide off the bend but weakened in the final furlong. SPINNING MUSICIAN set a pressured pace on the inside and then vied for command to the quarter pole and weakened in the lane. GOLD ASPEN was reserved early, four to five wide on the far turn and tired. EYES ELEVEN failed to menace.
