Chart notes
ASHER'S EDGE shot away from the gate to press the pace from two wide to the turn then matched strides outside of CRUSIN MAN through the turn and took command at the top of the stretch and pulled away for the win. ABRIR CAMINOS (CHI) tracked the leaders to the turn then moved up from three wide to the top of the stretch but was no match for the winner. WINFROMWITHIN stalked the pace from the inside but had no late kick and was outfinished. CRUZIN MAN was off a step slow then rushed up to a pressured lead, matched strides inside of ASHER'S EDGE to the top of the stretch and tired going into the stretch.
