Chart notes

BRING ME A CHECK stalked the pace outside horses down the backstretch, advanced three deep leaving the far turn, secured command in upper stretch and drew clear under steady handling. GOLD FOOT raced mid pack down the backstretch, eased out mid way on the far turn, was fanned five wide in upper stretch and rallied nicely. CLASS PHOTO stalked the pace racing near the inner rail, swung to the four path in upper stretch and finished willingly. AMERICAN UNITY lacked speed, worked between horses in the stretch and passed tired ones. TOM HAGEN lacked speed, worked between horses in the stretch and failed to menace. COVERT KAT prompted the pace outside CORONOVA, gained a short lead leaving the far turn and weakened the final furlong. CORONOVA stumbled at the break, rushed to the early lead, hugged the inner rail and weakened through the stretch. LIKEBELIVINGNMAGIC , three wide both turns, was no factor and dropped back.
