Chart notes
RASCALLY RABBIT advanced after the start and set a pressured pace, edged away from SUMMERS WITH SONYA past the mid-way point around the turn, saved ground turning for home, widened advantage under right handed pressure then held late over fast gaining runner up. PRACTICAL JOY settled off the early pace while racing widest up the backstretch, continued along the outside entering the turn, came under a ride going by the quarter pole, hustled along four wide at the head of the lane, kicked in gamely, surged to the wire but failed to reach the winner in time. CROOKED AS CAN BE was forwardly placed in opening stages then tracked the early leaders, saved ground around the turn, hustled along the inside through the lane and prevailed for a share. SUMMERS WITH SONYA applied pressure to RASCALLY RABBIT late on the backstretch, could not remain in touch with rival past the mid-way point around the turn, came two wide into the upper stretch and flattened out. TALL COOL ONE raced off the early pace, swung two wide into the upper stretch and never threatened. MIAMANTE chased two to three wide and weakened in the lane. This race had a timing malfunction or discrepancy, and was re-timed using video technology to arrive at the most accurate time.
