Chart notes
BIG LUCKY was never far back, rallied three wide at the quarter pole, drew off in the stretch under mild urging to win as much the best. DAYTONA GOLD set the pace until the quarter pole, was no match for the winner late but was second best. MARAVICH raced close up for three quarters and gradually weakened. PREDECESSOR had good position on the inside and lacked a late response. BOUND TO SUCCEED showed little and trailed.
