Chart notes
LESLIE'S HUMOR two to three wide in pursuit, came under coaxing near the quarter pole, angled six wide into upper stretch, rallied to take command just inside the eighth pole, edged away to the finish to prevail. GIRLS ROCK chased just off the inside coming under coaxing near the quarter pole, spun two to three wide into upper stretch, dug in under a drive and ran on to secure the place honors. CYNANE coaxed from the gate, chased along the inside, took the inside route into upper stretch in behind the leader JACKIE THE JOKER, was stymied with three-sixteenths to go and unable to tip out through to the eighth pole as ISLE OF CAPRI held that lane, had a seam open up as that foe drifted out at that station and tipped out to it and was waited with until roused on through a sixteenth out, then rallied late to get up and secure the show honors in the late stages. ISLE OF CAPRI chased two to three wide coming under encouragement at the five-sixteenths, spun just off the inside into upper stretch, weakened in the late stages. JACKIE THE JOKER coaxed from the start, showed the way in hand along the inside, cut the corner into upper stretch, dug in under threat and was collared just inside the eighth pole, then weakened in the late going. SOLOSHOT coaxed from the gate, chased three wide under a ride from the five-sixteenths, angled four wide for home, weakened in the late stages. UPON A STAR struck the near side stall at the start, chased two to three wide and grew detached at the tail of the field, went four wide into upper stretch and trailed throughout.
