DANCING BUCK hustled from the gate, dueled inside of SENBEI briefly before emerging with sole command in hand along the rail, came under coaxing three furlongs out, took the inside route into upper stretch under threat to the outside, dug in clinging to command through until collared a sixteenth from home, then weakened in the late stages when overwhelmed by rivals. RUN CURTIS RUN chased four then three wide, got set down angled six wide at the top of the stretch, offered up a bid but was outkicked. LIVE HIGH LIVE LOW brushed the off side stall at the start getting away last and was placed to brief coaxing, chased along the inside under a ride from three furlongs out, continued in the inside route into upper stretch, was in behind the leader to inside the eighth pole, tipped out a path late when weakening to the finish.
