Chart notes
WONDER GIRL prompted the pace outside GOLDEN CAN, overtook that one and went clear in mid stretch and held on under steady handling. QUICK POWER NAP , in hand along the inner rail behind horses leaving the backstretch, saved ground on the turn, eased off the rail, worked between horses and closed. SOCIAL WHIRL stayed inside horses around the turn, moved to the three path in mid stretch and flattened out. LADY CHARLOTTE , three deep chasing the pace around the turn, failed to rally in an even effort. AFANDI lacked speed, swung to the six path in upper stretch and failed to be a factor. INSTPARTY , caught in close quarters leaving the starting gate, raced in the two path on the turn, angled to the five path in upper stretch and was no factor. GOLDEN CAN set the pace along the inner rail and gave way the final furlong.
