Chart notes
RESCUE THAT GIRL settled off the early pace, gained ground on the far turn and from the four path at the top of the stretch was up in time. THELONIOUS had no early speed, moved up on the far turn and just missed. HARDWARE GAP set the pace, had the lead on the far turn, vied through the stretch and held show. JACK THE CAT was in mid pack, a factor on the far turn and had the lead from the five path in mid stretch but failed to hold. SOCIETY JOE was well back, trailed the field on the far turn and from the seven path at the top of the stretch finished well. STORMIN DAVE stalked the early leaders and had a good position on the far turn but was outfinished. GUS'S GAMBLE forced the early pace but chased on the far turn and from the four path at the top of the stretch leveled off. PRINCE FOR A DAY tracked the early leaders and was roused on the far turn but from the three path at the top of the stretch had no response.
