Chart notes
CANDY WIDE hustled up out of the chute, displayed good turn of foot widened around the bend, kept to task through the final sixteenth, drew away for the victory. BELLE CAUSE broke sharp, pressed two wide into the turn, no match upper, chased on well, held clear for the place award. READTHEFINEPRINT saved ground off the top pair around the bend, clean rail trip through the lane, closed in willingly no match for the winner. GOLD ROAD saved ground off the pace into the turn, bid three wide from the furlong marker, flattened out through the final stages. I'D RATHER NOT hesitated at the start, roused well off the pace four deep, came up empty. KEEP ON PRAYING chased well back three wide, never threatened through the lane. CHELSEA'S DREAM broke a step slow, veered in greenly at the gap, never factored through the stretch.
