NAPOLEON SOLO got brushed at the start by STICKUPWITHOUTAGUN, who broke outwards, established the front shortly after and showed the way in hand three paths off the rail through swift splits settled into a comfortable rhythm, remained on hold and shook away through the turn given a notch to work with, tipped four wide into upper stretch and was roused straightened away for home, then drew clear under a drive to score. TALKIN chased five paths off the inside down the backstretch before tucking to the rail half a mile from home, came under encouragement with seven-sixteenths remaining, angled out seven wide at the head of the stretch and offered up a mild kick to secure the place honors. UNIVERSE got bumped at the start by STRADALE and in turn bumped JUST ASAP, as AYE EYE broke too slow and missed the initial contact, and conceded two lengths to the front, chased just off the inside coming under encouragement three furlongs from home, angled four to five wide into upper stretch and kicked on belatedly to the end. IT'S OUR TIME forwardly placed four wide down the backstretch, came under urging three to four wide midway on the turn in stark contrast to the quietly handled leader, angled six to seven wide into upper stretch, dug in under a drive shaken off a furlong out, weakened in the final furlong. STRADALE bobbled at the break and was bumped solidly by CURTAIN CALL into UNIVERSE and conceded three lengths to the front, chased four then three wide under prolonged encouragement from the half mile pole, went six wide into upper stretch and tired. CURTAIN CALL broke out at the start bumping STRADALE into UNIVERSE and in turn JUST ASAP, chased along the inside under a ride from three furlongs out, continued in the inside route into upper stretch and tired. AYE EYE broke a half a beat slow and was steadied at the start as rivals crashed into one another directly in front and conceded seven lengths to the front before settling into stride, chased two to three wide under urging from the seven-sixteenths, continued two to three wide at the top of the stretch and made no impact. STICKUPWITHOUTAGUN broke out at the start brushing NAPOLEON SOLO, chased five then four wide under encouragement from the seven-sixteenths, swung four to five wide for home and faltered in the stretch. JUST ASAP broke in at the start and was bumped solidly by UNIVERSE due to pressure begun by CURTAIN CALL, and was forced to steady conceding six lengths to the front, chased three to four wide under a ride from the seven-sixteenths, went four wide for home and trailed.
