Chart notes
BILLIONAIRES ROW settled inside just off the pace set by PALLINO, steadied going into the turn, lost ground, re-bid turning into the stretch, finished willingly under strong handling and urging, gradually closed the margin, and rolled past that rival in the final yards. PALLINO was quick from the gate, seized the early advantage, opened up on the turn, had a clear lead into the stretch and just failed to last. DEWY'S BEAST broke on top, was always three to four wide, finished well, but was no match for the top pair. JETAROS settled in mid-pack, saved ground throughout, then lacked a winning kick. SAM THE SHAM raced three to four wide throughout and was unable to threaten. CONTEMPLATION raced at the rear of the main pack, steadied approaching the three-furlong pole, switched out a path, and was unable to recover. DISCREET DEVIL hopped at the start, granted the rest a big head start and was unable to improve.
