Chart notes
SILVER MOONLIGHT rated off of the early pace and tracked from the inside, was well placed up the backstretch, advanced nearing the quarter marker then angled three wide to upper stretch, responded well into the lane, surged in the final sixteenth and bested the game runner-up in the final strides. GOODBETTERBEST prominent away from the start, prompted the decent pace up the backstretch, was given her cue into the far turn and vied for the lead at the quarter marker, took command to upper stretch then kicked clear the furlong grounds, dug in into the final sixteenth, was overtaken by the winner in deep stretch and was well clear of the rest for second. DEFLECTION settled in the second flight and three wide into the first turn, unhurried up the backstretch, chased the pace to the quarter marker, spun four wide for the stretch drive, was outkicked to the final sixteenth and held late for third. STARSHIP MELODY settled just behind the early leaders, was well placed while two to three wide nearing the far turn, chased to mid-stretch, could not find a final response and was outfinished for the show honors. OXAR off slow and allowed to settle early on, advanced two wide into the far turn, angled out for the stretch drive and offered a mild late bid. LADY CHA CHA settled while never far back in the early stages, saved ground to the far turn, maintained an inside path to the stretch, ran in pursuit to the furlong grounds and did not factor late. ANNIE GOODBODY settled off of the early pace, ran in pursuit five wide to the quarter marker, swung widest for the stretch drive and could not threaten in the late stages. SU WIN sent for the early lead, set a prompted pace up the backstretch, led to the far turn, was overtaken at the quarter marker then fought on into upper stretch, could not keep pace into the final furlong and gave way.
