Chart notes
RUM N COKE pressed the pace two wide into the far turn, took up the fight inside leaving the furlong marker, battle on courageously refused to yield, won the bob. MAGICAL SURPRISE tracked the pace three wide well in hand into the far turn, accelerated took aim two deep leaving the furlong marker, fought on gamely denied only by the photo. RACING HOT LINE hustled up between runners down the backside, put to task three wide through the lane, no match for top pair, closed in willingly for the show. GRANDPA JOE raced off the pace four wide, bid same four deep placing through the lane, needed more through the final sixteenth. THE HOUND broke sharp, set a pressured pace along the rail into the far turn, under pressure leaving the quarter pole, weakened through the stretch. EVANESCO chased along the rail down the backside, retreated from the quarter pole. THERE WAS A JOCKEY'S OBJECTION IN THIS RACE, THE RIDER OF MAGICAL SURPRISE CLAIMED FOUL AGAINST THE RIDER OF RUM N COKE FOR INTEREFERENCE IN DEEP STRETCH, AFTER THE REVIEW THE RESULT STOOD OFFICIAL NO CHANGE.
