Chart notes
LAZLO assumed the early lead, remained along the rail setting the pace, opened up in mid stretch and lasted under steady handling. RUDDY BUDDY , bumped and pinched back after a slow start, raced outside horses down the backstretch, circled the far turn three wide and rallie. MR FLOWERS , outside the winner throughout, chased that one and finished willingly between the top pair. MICKEY SHILLELAGH stayed near the inner rail throughout and flattened out inside horses. HYTECK PRINCE hugged the inner rail the far turn and in upper stretch, altered courses to the outside approaching the sixteenth pole and was no threat. TRANSACTIONAL (GB) bore in leaving the starting gate, chased the pace and faltered.
