Chart notes
RY'S ADVANTAGE Close up five wide, three path on the turn, and in the out in the stretch, rallied while almost dropping EX MACHINA at the furlong marker and then nailed FAZARO for the soon to be disqualified winner. FAZARO Set the pace along the rail, opened up and then was caught late. CHICAGO CHARLIE Well placed along the rail, lodged a bid but no match for the top two. EX MACHINA Tracked along the two path, chased in the lane and then was cut off by the winner at the furlong marker, stumbled and lost all chance. THE CROWLEY CUP Broke slow, three path and then was not a factor. TEN RUN RULE Saved ground and tired. FELINE TREASURE Three path around and showed little. LAST VINTAGE Five wide into the turn, six wide out of it and tired. PEELING OUT Five wide into the lane and was eased over the wire. Stewards inquiry was posted concerning the stretch run. Also a claim of foul was lodged by the rider of EX MACHINA against the winner almost dropping him at the furlong marker, resulted in the disqualification of the winner from first to fourth.
