SQUAD GOALS set the pace under steady pressure, repelled the bid of the runner-up turning for home and responded gamely in a determined drive to prevail. BROOKLYN STYLES pressed the pace to midway on the turn, rallied to challenge at the quarter pole, could not get passed the winner, continued to challenge down the lane and settled for second best in a good try. GRAMP'S LEGACY stalked the leaders through the turn, chased them down the lane unable to narrow the gap and finished willingly as best of the rest. IPLEDTHEFIFTH tracked the leaders throughout and lacked a closing response. JEFFERSONIAN was never a threat. YOUREAWIZARD HARRY was never a factor.
