DAYTONA GOLD prompted the pace two wide through the turn, made the lead nearing the three sixteenths marker, shook clear and lasted under left handed urging. VALID CONNECTION stalked the pace into the stretch, rallied determinedly three wide through deep stretch under left handed urging but was too late. RUFUS set a pressured pace along the inside past the quarter pole then weakened late. INTERVAL failed to menace. TROUBLE OR NOTHIN was no threat. LEGENDARY STAR was no factor.
