VALID REASON away in good order, vied inside around the turn, shook free from outside rivals leaving the furlong marker, unable to switch leads through the lane, held sway driving through the wire. SMALLTOWNSMOKESHOW broke a step slow, roused inside off the top trio around the bend, angled off the rail into the lane, chasing on the wrong lead best the rest. HOT FUDGE WARRIOR pressed between around the turn, four deep running on the wrong lead, held clear for the show. CHEROKEE CASTLE bobbled brushed the gate at the start, roused seven deep into the lane, had no late punch. LOVE TO EAT broke sharp, chased the pace three wide around the turn, faded through the stretch. LEMORIAN broke slow, pressed inside into the turn, under pressure weakened through the lane.
