Chart notes
TAKE ME TO CHURCH (IRE) set the pace racing with a clear lead, showed the way on the far turn, responded when roused, dug in gamely in the stretch run and held well under urging for the win. WICKED FINN tracked on the inside, chased on the far turn, angled out for the drive, finished well but second best. CABINET PIK bobbled at the break, pulled early and was checked entering the first turn, continued to pull on the inside, waited for room along the inside on the far turn, then rallied mildly on the rail in the stretch. THREE CAPTAINS raced three wide early, settled off the rail, off the pace and closed mildly outside in the stretch. MT SURIBACHI stalked two wide, chased three wide on the far turn and weakened. SEVEN CHANNELS raced off the rail, off the pace, came three wide into the lane and failed to threaten. BARLEEWON was off a bit slow, raced off the pace inside and did not factor.
