Chart notes
MISS METOYER vied for the early lead, forwardly placed throughout, drove clear around the second turn and was kept to the task. K K'S FIRST DANCE pressed the pace, raced close throughout, proved no match for the winner, but was best of others. BELLA BLU MOON unhurried in the beginning, racing within striking distance, made a mild bid down the home stretch, proved no match for the top two, but held on for third. ENCORE D'ORO broke in, raced near the back, showed late interest and just missed third. GATSBY'SGREENLIGHT raced evenly near the back, finished inside down the stretch and was no real factor. KARA FLASH raced in the middle of the field, weakened and lacked a kick. DEWEY'S SOLDIER always raced near the back and showed little. MAGGIES MISSION went to the front, drove clear and retreated to the rear.
