SHERRYS BABY never far back, bid two wide on the second turn, rallied when set down, got to terms a furlong out then kicked away driving. ROSES R BLUE had no speed, saved ground then found an opening inside and made a strong late run. CHIEFS LIL PEARL had good speed, dueled from the rail, got outkicked the winner and could not save the place. READY TO GIG chased the pace for three furlongs, came two then three wide to the stretch and finished willingly. HEY WILMAAA tracked the pace then saved ground on the second but was tiring and drifted out in the stretch. BLURSDAY had no speed, was fanned four wide to the stretch and lacked the needed late response. FANTASTIC SECRET broke a step slow, had no speed and was not a factor. DRINKUP BUTTERCUP had brief speed but gave way after three furlongs. COWLITZ had good speed, dueled for three furlongs then tired.
