Chart notes
CUT TO THE CHASE showed the way in the three to two path into the turn, moved back to the three path entering the lane and drew off handily. AMERICAN PEARL brushed with an inner foe at the start, tracked from the two path, then between horses leaving the three furlong pole, chased the clearing leader in upper stretch and edged place passing the furlong pole. TAVERNA stalked from the three path, chased in the four path entering the lane, proved no match for the leader shortly after and yielded place to an inner foe in midstretch. SHESA CHERRY pursued from the three to four path and between horses, shifted out to the five path entering the lane, delayed changing leads through upper stretch and lacked a bid. CONTEMPLATE stalked along the inside and faded. HISSYFITTER pursued from midpack four to five wide and tired. WICKED ONE lacked speed in the four path and made little impact. EXISTENCE was brushed by an outer foe at the start, lacked speed in the two path and got outrun.
