Chart notes
ED'S REWARD broke slowly, stalked the pace three wide into the stretch, rallied determinedly under left handed urging in the late stages and got up in the final strides. RONNIS SECOND WIND bumped at the start, pressed the pace two wide, gained a narrow lead near the half mile marker, battled into the stretch, gained the advantage and just missed hanging on. BLUE NOMORE was restless in the gate, bumped at the start, was unhurried early and found his best stride late out near the middle of the racetrack. KNOCK WOOD failed to menace. FINALLY FRIDAY set the early pace along the inside, gave up a narrow lead before a half mile, matched strides into the stretch and weakened late. ROLLIN MY WAY trailed.
