Chart notes
SARAH'S BOY BLUE roused hard out of the gate, vied inside around the bend, kicked away from outside rival leaving the quarter pole, drew away driving, proved much the best. I'M YOUR CAPTAIN pressed into the turn, vied three wide around the bend, no match turning for home, chased on willingly to secure the place. STINGY broke a step slow, roused off pace six deep into the lane, five wide from the furlong marker, evened out along for the show. SMILE LIKE KYLE raced off the pace inside around the turn, clean rail trip through the lane, left lead weakened to the wire. SOMNUS hard bump at the start, chased off the top flight four wide around the turn, came up empty. FIVE STAR RUN hard bump, stumbled lost rider at the break, walked off. THERE WAS A STEWARS INQUIRY INTO THE START OF THE RACE, AFTER REVIEW THE RESULT STOOD OFFICIAL NO CHANGE.
