Chart notes
FIRST FORAY stalked the pacesetter to midway on the bend, tipped out three wide turing for home to take a shot lead over the weakening leader in mid-stretch and held the closing runner-up safe. SHEZ UNTAPPABLE reserved off the early pace, narrowed the gap on the turn saving ground, rallied in upper stretch, lacked room inside, altered course sharply to the outside midway down the lane and finished well to be gaining at the wire. BOOGIE WOOGIE sped to the lead shortly from the gate to be clear early, dug-in when challenged leaving the quarter pole and weakened in the final sixteenth. WINNING PLAY tracked the leaders into the turn, chased on the bend under early urging and finished with interest through the stretch. BOUJIE BETZ failed to meance going evenly. SENSIBLE MARRIAGE was not a factor.
