Chart notes
INTO GOLD pressed the pace two wide past the seven sixteenths pole, made the lead, set the balance of the pace under pressure and proved best under right handed urging. SERENDIPITOUS never far back, rallied through deep stretch two wide and got up for second. SHOW SLIDING HOME trailed into the stretch, swung wide and found his best stride late while six wide. BISCUITS AND GRITS never far back, finished with good courage five wide. EL MARRO went evenly. POWERFUL PHIL stalked the early pace three wide, loomed boldly midway on the turn then leveled off late. COWTOWN BOSS sped to the front soon after the start, set the pace past the seven sixteenths pole, had speed until mid stretch then stopped.
