Chart notes
KIP THE DISTANCE shot to the front, drove clear, saved ground, was all out at the wire and held on for the win. LADY DREAMER pressed the pace, forwardly placed throughout, made a late bid and missed the win. BLESSED ASSURANCE unhurried, racing in the back, moved up around the final turn, split rivals down the lane, rallied and finished willingly. MISS DEALORITY pressed the pace, came around the final turn on the outside and made a wide mild bid. BEST PERFORMER raced within contention, was close throughout, saved ground around the second turn and weakened. FORGOTTEN FORTUNE raced in the middle of the field and faded down the home stretch. JOCASTA void of early speed and showed little. SHOW ME THE CANDY raced near the back, came around the final turn on the outside and was never a threat.
