Chart notes
AYRA STARK (ARG) stalked the clear leader from along the inside, then from the two path around the final bend, bid outside of that one entering the lane, assumed command in upper stretch and drew off under mild urging. POPPY THE PRINCESS pursued from midpack along the inside, shifted off of the fence entering the lane, ran on to claim place from an inner tiring rival in midstretch and was second best. ROYAL SUITE tracked two wide, chased in the three path around the final turn, floated to the four path entering the lane, stayed on mildly to surpass a tiring rival for show in the final furlong and held that position from an outer pursuer. COZEE RAGS broke a step slow, laid off of the pace in the three path and failed to factor. STATEMENT MADE sped clear early on, maintained a margin around the far turn, but was overhauled by the eventual winner in upper stretch and weakened. VINOS ANGEL trailed along the inside and got outrun.
